We are assembling a coalition of the best technologies and minds across the world to build one of the first truly net zero skyscrapers. No single company holds every answer. The building we intend to create will bring together breakthroughs in energy, water, cooling, materials, and intelligence, each supplied by those who do it better than anyone else. If you are building something remarkable in one of these fields, we want to hear from you.

Energy generation. Building-integrated solar, on facades and rooftops, and compact urban wind.
Energy storage. Rechargeable battery systems and thermal storage that shifts load to cooler hours.
Cooling. High-efficiency and AI-optimised cooling, district cooling, and heat-reducing smart facades and glazing.
Water. Air-to-water atmospheric generation, and greywater recycling and reuse.
Materials. Low-carbon concrete, cement, and sustainable structural materials.
Intelligence. Building management systems, sensors, and AI-driven energy optimisation.
Living systems. Vertical greenery and living facades.
Mobility and services. EV charging and regenerative elevators.
